Dutch Baby Addiction

If you've never had a dutch baby you're in for a treat!

They're a stepped-up pancake - fluffy and custardy at the same time but so, so easy to make!

Here's the recipe I've been using (from Voodoo and Sauce)

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 tablespoons butter
powdered sugar, fruit, lemon juice (optional)

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Whisk together the flour, milk, sugar and eggs. Melt the butter in a skillet and pour in the mixture when it gets hot. Cook the mixture undisturbed on medium high for one minute. Transfer the entire skillet into the oven and cook for thirteen minutes. Be careful when you take out the skillet, it's very hot! If you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar and fruit. Serve immediately!

I'm a little bit addicted...but I'm all right with it!

Bon appetit!
